Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Deliver field service work efficiently to achieve cost and time targets.

• Ensure the optimal performance of TOMRA Food sorting machines to surpass customer expectations.

• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, carrying out necessary repairs.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer support processes.

• Carry out installations and adjustments to TOMRA Food equipment as necessary.

• Offer thorough training to customers on the operation and maintenance of our systems.

• Keep accurate and detailed field reports to assist administrative follow-up procedures.

• Domestic travel required up to 80% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical training equivalent to BAC+2 level in Electronics, Electrotechnical, Automation, Industrial Maintenance, or a related discipline.

• Fluency in French and proficiency in understanding both spoken and written English (minimum B2) is essential for this position.

• Demonstrated experience in on-site preventive and corrective maintenance, assisting industrial clients.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, mainly within France, with occasional international travel or flexible working hours.

• Solid understanding of IT, networking, and PC configuration.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Capability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
