This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conducting field service tasks such as on-site installations, preventive maintenance, and repair activities;

• Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through prompt, clear, and effective communication along with outstanding service delivery;

• Being prepared to travel on short notice to assist other Field Service Engineers when necessary;

• Completing all required documentation in a timely manner;

• Reporting any product quality concerns to the relevant parties;

• Collaborating closely with the Sales team and Field Applications Specialists;

• Effectively executing core responsibilities while achieving KPIs that assess performance and impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience with electro-mechanical and automated systems is essential;

• Strong communication skills;

• Educational qualifications equivalent to at least one of the following: Engineering Apprenticeship and HNC, or HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering;

• A valid Passport and driving license.
