Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Execute the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Socomec’s electrical and power systems, which encompass UPS, energy storage, and critical power solutions.

• Identify and resolve technical challenges to guarantee customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Work in partnership with clients to deliver customized solutions that address their specific requirements.

• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards while surpassing performance benchmarks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A solid foundation in electrical or electronic engineering.

• An educational background in Electrical Engineering.

• Demonstrated experience in field service, critical power, or data center settings.

• Practical knowledge of UPS systems, power electronics, or comparable technologies.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving accompanied by outstanding communication and customer service abilities.

• A valid driver's license.
