
Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges
• Interact with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Act as the primary contact for customers regarding technical and service-related inquiries
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair power conversion and generation equipment at customer locations
• Conduct preventive maintenance and control integration tasks
• Generate reports that analyze product failures and challenges
• Offer suggestions for product improvements
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards
• Identify cost-effective repairs or solutions to reduce customer downtime
• Create technical procedures and train operators
• Travel up to 50% of the time to customer sites throughout the U.S.
• Relevant experience or knowledge related to the position
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Proven capability to manage multiple competing tasks and priorities
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities
• Responsible for meeting goals and performance standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Must be eligible to obtain authorization under ITAR and/or EAR
• Non-U.S. citizens may not qualify for the necessary authorization
