Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the representative of Phillips while working remotely from the employee's home and covering the designated territory from Monday to Friday.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair intricate CNC machines and systems.

• Install and activate cutting-edge machinery.

• Deliver exceptional customer service that goes beyond mere repairs.

• Foster authentic, long-lasting relationships with customers and add value.

• Proactively address challenges that hinder customer productivity.

• Support enduring customer partnerships to secure future projects for Phillips.

• Travel up to 80% of the month within the assigned area, Monday through Friday.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with CNC machinery OR a solid mechanical and electrical background.

• Proven history in a service or maintenance setting.

• Strong mechanical and electrical skills.

• Willingness and eagerness to learn continuously.

• Readiness and ability to travel up to 80% of the month within the designated region, Monday through Friday.

• Certification or degree in Mechatronics, Machining, or Engineering is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Demonstrable skills within the industry.
