Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing intricate CNC machines and systems.

• Facilitating the integration of new machinery through precise installations.

• Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering enduring relationships.

• Proactively addressing challenges to maintain customer productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong aptitude in both mechanical and electrical domains.

• Demonstrated success in a service or maintenance role.

• Extensive experience with CNC machinery OR a robust background in mechanical and electrical fields.

• Openness and capability to travel up to 80% of the month within the designated region (Monday to Friday).
