Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Consistently adhere to all workplace protocols, including Health and Safety regulations and technician procedures.

• Accurately record client information and update job details in "real-time".

• Deliver precise and comprehensive reports following each site visit.

• Procure parts through our central database and manage the inventory levels in the van.

• Maintain the company vehicle's condition to a very high standard.

• Coordinate with sales team members to ensure equipment is delivered to customer sites.

• Care for demonstration machines after they have been used.

• Communicate clearly and confidently to groups when installing and training on equipment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment, coupled with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various machine types.

• Effectively communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and deliver outstanding customer service.

• Assess issues and formulate effective solutions promptly.

• Efficiently manage time, prioritize tasks, and adhere to deadlines.

• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all repairs and maintenance are performed to high standards.

• Adapt to various work settings, engaging with different machines and equipment.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to reach shared objectives.
