Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Execute installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair tasks at customer locations throughout Poland and EMEA.

• Diagnose intricate mechanical and electrical problems on sophisticated processing equipment.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to enhance equipment uptime and operational performance.

• Provide customers with operational, maintenance, and technical support.

• Offer training to operators and maintenance personnel on equipment usage and best practices.

• Generate precise service reports, technical documentation, and follow-up recommendations.

• Determine spare parts needs and suggest upgrades or enhancements as necessary.

• Work collaboratively with internal engineering, technical support, and project teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.

• Assist in larger installation and upgrade projects across the EMEA region as needed.

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities along with electrical expertise.

• A proactive and customer-oriented approach.

• Capability to work independently and effectively manage priorities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility and readiness to travel extensively throughout Poland and EMEA.

• Technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

• Experience in field service, industrial maintenance, or manufacturing settings.

• Strong grasp of mechanical systems with the ability to diagnose electrical faults.

• Experience in food processing or automated industrial equipment is a plus.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.

• Fluent in Turkish and possess good English communication skills (both written and spoken).

• A valid driving license and passport are mandatory.
