Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate within a small team of skilled engineers located in and around Bracknell.

• Conduct site surveys.

• Respond to call-outs to identify faults and handle breakdowns.

• Visit client locations to perform repairs and remedial tasks.

• Execute planned preventative maintenance and servicing duties.

• Install industrial door systems.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding high standards of workmanship.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with sectional doors and roller shutters.

• Strong skills in fault-finding and diagnostics.

• Capability to work independently and efficiently manage workloads.

• Valid Full UK Driving Licence; a company vehicle will be provided.

• Experience with related access systems or assets is advantageous.

• Must reside within 20 miles or a 1-hour drive from the Bracknell office.

• Must be available to work full-time on a 5 out of 7 days shift pattern.

• Available for working hours from 7:30 AM to 5 PM, subject to call-outs and work schedules.

• Willingness to undertake out-of-hours call-outs as needed.
