Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical assistance and services to clients at their locations

• Oversee customer relations and guarantee accurate documentation within the CRM system

• Perform preventative maintenance and oversee system upgrades

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in field service engineering

• Proficient in troubleshooting electromechanical and fluidic systems

• An Associate’s degree accompanied by 2 years of experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with over 4 years of experience in managing electronic/electro-mechanical equipment

• Knowledge of the Service Max/Sales Force platform is advantageous
