This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Carry out operational and maintenance duties for wind turbines at customer-owned wind farms within the designated area.

• Conduct corrective maintenance, which includes the repair and replacement of electronic components, motors, brushes, and various other parts.

• Provide service solutions that encompass operations, SCADA, maintenance, troubleshooting, and comprehensive support for wind energy products.

• Organize and execute preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.

• Collaborate with the ROC, sourcing, and engineering teams to address technical issues at the site.

• Assist with wind energy projects related to operations and maintenance responsibilities.

• Accurately and promptly complete technical reports, service records, and business documentation.

• Aid in and maintain a basic understanding of major component replacement processes.

• Execute operations and maintenance tasks at elevated heights.

• Examine both internal and external components of wind turbines.

• Investigate problems, identify root causes, analyze trends, and document results.

• Adhere to work instructions, regulatory and compliance standards, as well as company EHS protocols.

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Power Electronics, or Mechanical).

• At least 4 years of experience in wind turbine field service or in the execution of wind projects.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to perform effectively without direct supervision.

• Strong focus on customer service.

• Willingness and capability to travel both domestically and internationally.

• Experience in onshore wind service operations is preferred.

• Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is a plus.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Project or Primavera is desirable.

• Previous exposure to sourcing and supplier qualification processes is advantageous.

• Experience with SQDC, Quality audits, Kaizen, and PDR activities is beneficial.

• Comfort with working at heights is essential.
