This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Conduct timely and precise preventative maintenance of medical equipment within a hospital or healthcare system to ensure optimal healthcare service delivery to patients.
• Execute troubleshooting, service repairs, and installations of moderate complexity.
• Facilitate communications with clients and act as the escalation point for customer-related issues, including installations.
• Manage customer concerns from the moment of dispatch or issue identification until resolution.
• Actively collaborate with team members to guarantee the best solution for the customer.
• Oversee installations, validations, maintenance, and service repair needs for specific equipment.
• Utilize customer insights and relationships to support customers and service sales in achieving contract and on-demand revenue growth.
• Cultivate customer relationships by ensuring timely communication, resolution, and appropriate follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and hospital protocols to meet regulatory and compliance standards; ensure that all work performed is documented daily, including metrics and parts ordering during debriefings.
• Collaborate with customers and/or the sales team to suggest value-added services that can improve the efficiency of the customer's operations.
• Employ the GEHC escalation process as necessary and work closely with regional and national support to define and implement corrective action plans to address customer issues.
• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent military training and 4 years of experience in servicing electronic equipment.
• High school diploma/GED coupled with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Technical proficiency in X-Ray, Mammo, Vascular, or Nuclear medicine, including troubleshooting, repair, and installation.
• Must possess and retain a valid Driver’s License.
• Experience with web applications and the Microsoft suite of products.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
