• Install and set up various medical equipment, with a focus on a specific modality.
• Perform testing and calibration to guarantee peak performance.
• Educate healthcare personnel on equipment operation and fundamental troubleshooting.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and corrective actions of moderate complexity.
• Accurately document work activities, including debriefing, parts ordering, and KPI metrics.
• Implement and provide coaching to ensure adherence to EHS and compliance standards.
• Utilize customer insights to support contract growth and on-demand revenue initiatives.
• Refer complex issues to experienced colleagues.
• Manage communications with clients and act as the escalation point for issues, including installations.
• Conduct remote troubleshooting and diagnostics for equipment.
• Successfully completed an ECT program or possess foundational experience in a comparable role.
• Proficient in one modality while developing expertise in another.
• EHS advocate with a robust compliance orientation.
• Familiarity with Lean & Continuous Improvement principles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all relevant processes and tools for the position.
• Up-to-date with all mandatory training requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in English: able to read, comprehend, and engage in conversations.
• Skilled in utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools for analyzing service data and presenting findings clearly and effectively.
• Comfortable leveraging digital tools to evaluate performance data and convey results through organized presentations.
• Able to assist with the setup and troubleshooting of networked medical devices, including IP configuration and basic IT coordination.
• No relocation assistance.
