This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Execute timely and precise preventative maintenance on medical equipment within hospitals or healthcare systems.
• Diagnose, repair, and install moderately complex medical devices.
• Facilitate customer communications and act as a point of escalation for any customer issues.
• Manage customer concerns from the point of dispatch or identification until resolution.
• Oversee installations, validations, maintenance, and service repairs for assigned equipment.
• Foster customer relationships, ensuring effective communication, swift resolutions, and follow-up.
• Record all work conducted daily, including debriefings, metrics, and parts ordering.
• Propose value-added services to customers and/or sales teams.
• Utilize GEHC escalation procedures and collaborate with regional and national support for corrective action plans.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through Service Excellence initiatives.
• Provide daily service coverage for the Las Vegas service area and its surrounding markets.
• Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent military training with 4 years of experience in servicing electronic equipment, or a high school diploma/GED accompanied by 6 years of pertinent experience.
• Proficient technical skills in Xray, R&F, Mammo, and UL modalities.
• Possess a valid driver's license, which must be maintained throughout employment.
• Familiarity with web applications and Microsoft Suite products.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
• No employment visa sponsorship will be provided now or in the future.
• Willingness to be available after hours and/or for a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends.
• Capability to manage multiple competing priorities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs. without assistance.
• Capacity to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to reach at, above, and below shoulder level; flex/extend neck; and exhibit good hand and finger dexterity.
