This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Organize and deliver technical training sessions for distributor personnel, contractors, dealers, and/or installers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to Franklin Electric products.
• Oversee and assist with product installations.
• Advocate for and represent Franklin Electric products and initiatives at tradeshows and special events.
• Perform product demonstrations as required.
• Gather and present marketing intelligence regarding competitive products, industry distribution changes, and customer preferences.
• Prepare and submit weekly and special reports detailing issues at specific locations and/or with customers or products.
• Understand and interpret technical instructions presented in mathematical or diagrammatic formats and manage both abstract and concrete variables.
• Convey information and address inquiries from customers, clients, the general public, and fellow employees.
• Three to five years of experience in water systems or a related industry (preferred).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience (required).
• Must be located in the Northeast region of the US.
• Willingness to travel 70 percent of the time, including up to 50 percent overnight travel.
• Capability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
• Proficient in effective communication with customers, clients, the general public, and employees.
• Self-motivated, teamwork-oriented, diligent, competitive, and focused on results.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and complete projects while adhering to regulations and expectations.
