This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Organize and deliver technical training sessions for distributor personnel, contractors, dealers, and/or installers.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with Franklin Electric products.
• Oversee and support product installation processes.
• Promote and showcase Franklin Electric products and initiatives at trade shows and special events.
• Perform product demonstrations as required.
• Gather and report marketing insights regarding competitive products, industry distribution or personnel shifts, and customer preferences.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports and special reports detailing issues encountered at specific locations or with customers or products.
• Interpret technical instructions presented in mathematical or diagrammatic formats and manage both abstract and concrete variables.
• Effectively communicate information and address inquiries from customers, clients, the general public, and employees.
• Must be a resident of the Northeast region of the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience (mandatory).
• Three to five years of relevant experience in water systems or the industry (preferred).
• Willingness to travel 70 percent of the time, including up to 50 percent for overnight trips.
• Proficient in testing and troubleshooting Franklin Electric products.
• Capable of interpreting technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers, clients, the general public, and employees.
