This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Service, repair, and/or install products or IT solutions at client locations.
• Conduct electrical and mechanical testing as per maintenance contracts.
• Address customer support inquiries within a designated region.
• Diagnose, install, perform preventive maintenance, and fix assigned equipment.
• Manage and maintain the inventory of spare parts.
• Engage with customers regularly to ensure issues are resolved and followed up accurately.
• Utilize documented procedures and root cause analysis to address customer service challenges.
• Foster growth in the service business through sales initiatives related to service agreements, parts, upgrades, consumables, and equipment leads.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant degree in Biology, Chemistry, or another STEM discipline.
• Equivalent military training OR an Associate's degree with over 2 years of work experience.
• Willingness to travel 35%, including overnight trips within the territory or other locations.
• A valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record is required.
• Capability to lift, move, or carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Preferred experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment.
