This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Deliver service, repair, and installation of products or IT solutions at customer locations.
• Conduct electrical and mechanical testing in line with maintenance agreements.
• Address customer support inquiries within a designated territory.
• Diagnose, install, perform preventive maintenance, and repair assigned equipment.
• Order and manage spare parts inventory.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers and ensure accurate follow-up.
• Utilize documented procedures and root cause analysis to address customer service challenges.
• Foster service business growth through sales initiatives for service contracts, parts, upgrades, consumables, and equipment opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant degree in Biology, Chemistry, or another STEM discipline.
• Equivalent military training or an Associate's degree combined with 2+ years of professional experience.
• Willingness to travel 35%, including overnight trips within the territory or to other locations.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving history.
• Capability to lift, move, or carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Preferred experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment.
