Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Manage troubleshooting, installation, preventive maintenance, and service repair tasks for Beckman Coulter equipment

• Deliver outstanding and effective service to clients

• Keep precise customer service logs and internal service documentation

• Leverage business systems for Service Call Planning

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 1-year experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, electronic equipment, and/or instrumentation

• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
