This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +1 more state.
• Deliver technical expertise and guidance in the installation, upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of intricate equipment and systems.
• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction through prompt communication, strategic problem-solving, and proactive resolution of issues.
• Act as a technical resource for colleagues and junior engineers.
• Oversee customer appointments from scheduling to completion and generate comprehensive service and technical documentation.
• Exhibit proficiency in designated product lines and associated systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 5 years of experience in field service or technical support, ideally within a complex equipment or systems environment.
• Demonstrated capability to independently diagnose and resolve advanced hardware and software issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience in leadership, mentoring, and coaching.
