Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Accountable for assisting security and detection clients through on-site tasks such as system installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair.

• Identify and resolve issues related to product performance.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing guidance on preventive maintenance and system configurations.

• Actively address potential equipment or software concerns.

• Provide comprehensive, integrated solutions.

• Collaborate with various Agilent teams, including Support, Sales, Marketing, and R&D.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in physical science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 4 years of experience in a similar position, such as a service technician, process engineer, or in a customer-facing role.

• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance for access to customer locations.

• Possession of a valid passport for access to government sites.

• Valid US driver's license required.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% overnight.

• Experience in spectroscopy is highly preferred.

• Strong motivation to learn and enhance your skills.
