Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Install, service, and maintain Accuray products.

• Deliver remote and on-site diagnostics before executing repair services.

• Participate in necessary product and quality training both locally and internationally.

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues of various scopes and complexities.

• Manage your own schedule and prioritize tasks to ensure that urgent customer needs are met promptly.

• Educate on-site customer personnel regarding maintenance and service procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or have equivalent experience.

• Ideally have 2 years of practical experience in Field Service, including installation and troubleshooting of complex electronic equipment, preferably within the medical care sector.

• Demonstrate strong hardware and software computer skills, including network knowledge.

• Exhibit the capability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.

• Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in both the local language and English.

• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
