• Deliver an exceptional customer experience to Abbott Molecular clients.
• Oversee on-site installations and maintenance of systems and instruments.
• Address and resolve hardware and software challenges.
• Collaborate with Service and Commercial teams to improve customer service and drive business growth.
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance for applications and instrumentation via phone and on-site.
• Offer on-site customer support for training related to software and hardware upgrades.
• Engage actively in conference calls, service summits, and workshops.
• Possess a scientific mindset.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Show active listening capabilities.
• Hold a Diploma/College degree; a University degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
• Have a good command of English at C1 level (listening and writing).
• Additional language skills are beneficial.
• Have 1-5 years of relevant work experience or a comparable mix of education and experience.
• Be willing to travel within the assigned area.
