This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary point of contact for designated customer accounts
• Foster trusted relationships with customers in a positive, patient, and friendly manner by utilizing excellent interpersonal skills
• Implement and configure proprietary software and hardware solutions
• Conduct onsite installations, develop processes, and provide customer training
• Ensure prompt and successful delivery of our products, solutions, and services in alignment with customer needs and objectives
• Generate new business with current clients and identify opportunities for enhancement within the customer environment
• Collaborate with the sales team to discover and expand opportunities within the territory
• Maintain documentation of customer equipment and usage
• Exhibit professionalism when representing the company in all communications with internal and external customers and vendors
• Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues at various customer sites in conjunction with RES team members using diverse communication methods (phone, email, app, web, in-person)
• Track customer interactions and generate necessary reports
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Coordinate job/equipment flow and scheduling with team members and customers
• Complete and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of ongoing training concepts and applications
• Consistently meet company standards regarding the quality and quantity of work performed
• Trade or Technical school certification/diploma or equivalent relevant experience
• Proficiency with software-related applications, MS Office Suite products, and other Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) products
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs
• Strong listening, negotiating, and presentation skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Effectively convey technical concepts and procedures
• Understanding of physical electrical wiring and mechanical applications
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer engagement capabilities
• Proficient in written and verbal communication; good mathematical skills
• Demonstrated computer skills and aptitude; familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks
• Capacity to track and report on improvement opportunities and successes
• Skilled in active listening when others are speaking
• Credible and responsive team player
• Ability to perform and retain various skill-related tasks, training, and operations
• Minimum age of 21 years
• Overnight travel required with multiple customer visits across the US
