This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.
• Act as an on-site representative for Imprint's co-branded credit card initiatives, engaging with store associates and customers to explain card features, advantages, rewards, and promotional deals.
• Provide training and guidance to retail store associates on effective card sales techniques, how to handle objections, and the program's value, enhancing their confidence and ability to independently secure card applications.
• Enhance card acquisition by linking credit card advantages to the in-store shopping experience and customizing recommendations based on individual customer preferences and interests.
• Support customers in accurately completing credit card applications, ensuring a seamless and compliant application process from beginning to end.
• Collaborate with store teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition targets, fostering a positive and results-driven team atmosphere.
• Monitor and report on store-level performance metrics, such as application volume, associate engagement, and cardholder penetration rates, providing insights to your manager.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the partner brand's products, promotions, events, and loyalty programs to effectively link card benefits to the overall customer experience.
• Identify operational challenges or coaching opportunities at the store level and escalate them with suggested solutions to the Head of Field Sales.
• Comply with all relevant bank policies, procedures, regulations, and legal requirements, including those related to consumer credit applications and data privacy.
• Exhibit scheduling flexibility in response to evolving business needs, including availability during store hours, evenings, weekends, and peak retail seasons.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service; experience in a credit card, financial services, or consumer banking setting is highly advantageous.
• Proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales goals in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build relationships with diverse groups of customers and store associates.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, field-based role that involves regular travel to assigned retail locations.
• Ability to quickly adapt to shifting store environments, business priorities, and customer requirements.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts, credit cards, and rewards programs; training will be provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
