Field Sales Service Technician, CO/UT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional service and support to customers.

• Diagnose, repair, calibrate, and perform trials on equipment.

• Assess, monitor, and document inventory levels at customer locations.

• Construct poles and perform preventative maintenance on all HEN equipment in the field.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma is required.

• Certification or an associate degree in electronics, electrical, industrial maintenance, instrumentation, or a related field is highly preferred.

• Prior experience in steel mills, iron foundries, or other molten metals processing facilities is desired.

• Fundamental electrical and mechanical knowledge, along with experience in pneumatics, is essential.

• Must be willing to travel domestically 75-100% of the time (including daily and overnight trips).

• A valid driver’s license is required for the duration of employment.
