This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Achieve sales and profit objectives for the Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria regions.
• Take full responsibility for managing all relevant resellers and dealers in the area.
• Negotiate annual agreements and special promotional offers.
• Strategically grow TP-Link's market presence.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Management and Channel Marketing.
• Implement promotional activities, product training sessions, and qualification programs.
• Engage in regional and national trade exhibitions and other customer-focused events.
• Accountable for executing company priorities at the point of sale (POS).
• Business/commercial training or an equivalent qualification is necessary.
• Several years of sales experience, ideally within the IT and consumer electronics industry.
• Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Confident, dependable, and approachable demeanor, acting as a brand ambassador for TP-Link.
• High degree of self-motivation and focus on results.
• Professional communication skills along with effective customer development strategies.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Germany and possess a valid driving license.
• Residence in the Baden-Württemberg or Bavaria sales region is required.
• Proficient in English and MS Office.
