Field Sales Representative, Outside Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers while providing guidance on the solution and service offerings.

• Actively seek out new customers and enhance the visibility of the Lyreco brand.

• Independently create proposals and follow up with customers in a proactive manner.

• Cultivate robust business relationships and strategically develop the customer portfolio.

• Assess customer requirements using sales tools and systems to formulate new solution proposals.

• Achieve sales, margin, and growth objectives while independently identifying priorities and opportunities within the designated territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration, ideally with some professional experience.

• Proficient in commonly used MS Office applications.

• Fluent in German at a business negotiation level.

• Strong analytical skills and a penchant for digital sales tools.

• Organized, solution-focused, and adaptable work approach.

• Eager to take on responsibility and acquire new competencies.

• A valid Class B driving license is required.
