This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will take charge of establishing and nurturing our field sales team, with an emphasis on fostering sustainable customer relationships and achieving successful project outcomes.
• Engage in the active sales of our intelligent, preconfigured KNX systems, which feature high-quality components.
• Support and enhance a robust network that includes electrical contractors, architects, engineering firms, and project developers.
• Identify and secure new construction projects in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW).
• Provide assistance throughout projects — from acquisition and planning to successful execution.
• Deliver product presentations and conduct training sessions.
• Organize and participate in trade shows, events, and customer meetings.
• Maintain comprehensive records and documentation in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Management, Support).
• Completed vocational training in the electrical field (e.g., electronics technician, electrician).
• Preferably further qualifications as a master technician, certified technician, or engineer.
• Initial experience in sales is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of modern building technology and smart home systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for the field.
• Technical proficiency combined with strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and goal-oriented.
• Proficient in using digital tools and Office applications.
