Field Sales Representative – North Bavaria, Thuringia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for sales activities and driving revenue.

• Customer care and relationship management: You cultivate trusted relationships with customers and provide customized solutions tailored to their needs.

• Proposal and contract negotiations: You develop compelling proposals and engage in professional negotiations regarding pricing and contracts.

• Market and competitor analysis: You actively seek out sales opportunities, assess market potential, and identify trends.

• Reporting and documentation: You naturally create sales and visit reports.

• Collaboration with internal stakeholders: You foster teamwork and motivation while engaging with various internal departments.

• Representation and presentation: At trade fairs, industry events, and conferences, you represent Paaschburg & Wunderlich and showcase the product portfolio with enthusiasm and innovative ideas.


⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in field sales or key account management, preferably within the motorcycle, powersports, or automotive sectors.

• Relevant vocational training, a degree, or an equivalent qualification.

• Strong negotiation abilities, especially regarding pricing and dealer agreements.

• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is a plus.

• Excellent English language skills; additional foreign languages are advantageous for international markets.

• Basic understanding of marketing activities to support promotions and dealer initiatives.

• Willingness to travel frequently for dealer visits, trade fairs, and events.

• Sales-driven mentality: motivated, organized, independent, customer-oriented, results-focused, communicative, resilient, and eager to learn.

• A team player capable of collaborating across different departments.
