This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will oversee and cultivate relationships with your customers in alignment with the company's established objectives, while implementing regional sales initiatives.
• You will acquire new clients with a focus on profitability and by consistently identifying market opportunities.
• You will offer expert guidance on promotional materials, ensuring compliance with the Quality Group's financial standards, while actively monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
• You possess experience in field sales, sales, or grocery retail.
• Ideally, you hold a commercial (business) qualification.
• You exhibit strong communication skills, negotiate with confidence, and enjoy building networks.
• You thrive on working with KPIs, are driven by sales success, and have a passion for our products.
• You are adept with digital media and enjoy bringing forward innovative ideas.
• You possess a driving license (Class B), are open to travel, and are flexible regarding your residence.
