This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Sales responsibilities and revenue generation: Accountable for the effective growth of your customer portfolio while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
• Customer support and relationship building: Foster trustful relationships with customers and deliver customized solutions.
• Proposal and contract negotiations: Create persuasive proposals and engage in professional negotiations regarding pricing and contracts.
• Market and competitor assessment: Discover sales opportunities, analyze market potential, and identify trends.
• Reporting and documentation: Generate sales and visitation reports utilizing the CRM system.
• Collaboration with internal teams: Engage various internal departments in your efforts.
• Representation and presentations: Represent Paaschburg & Wunderlich and showcase the product range at trade shows, industry events, and conferences.
• Multiple years of experience in field sales or key account management, preferably within the motorcycle, powersports, or automotive sectors.
• Relevant vocational training, degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent negotiation abilities, especially in pricing and dealer/distributor agreements.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is a plus.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are beneficial for international markets.
• Basic knowledge of marketing activities to enhance promotions and dealer campaigns.
• Willingness to travel frequently for dealer visits, trade shows, and events.
• Sales-oriented mindset: motivated, organized, independent, customer-focused, results-driven, communicative, resilient, and eager to learn.
• Team-oriented individual with the capacity to work collaboratively across departments.
