This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Develop and enhance relationships with key accounts within your designated territory.
• Discover new opportunities through existing clients, referrals, and networking efforts.
• Keep clients updated on the most recent products, applications, and solutions available.
• Assist customers with product selection and offer training as necessary.
• Organize and implement a weekly sales strategy (targeting 5 quality visits each day).
• Document customer interactions and sales activities in ACS (at least 3 times weekly).
• Engage daily with Inside Sales, your Regional Sales Manager, and team members on strategy and issue resolution.
• Continuously enhance your technical expertise and sales abilities.
• Uphold the reputation of Ryan Herco with professionalism and integrity.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in industrial field or outside sales.
• Proven sales skills and acumen.
• Background in industrial sales, particularly in fluid control, filtration, or fluid handling systems, is highly preferred.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication, customer engagement, and presentation abilities.
• Capacity to coordinate team efforts and lead training sessions effectively.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with basic mathematical concepts (decimals, fractions, algebra).
• Quick to learn, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and capable of learning and using CRM applications.
• Some overnight travel may be necessary.
