This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
β’ Foster and sustain positive relationships with property managers.
β’ Meet weekly and monthly sales targets, as well as objectives for event scheduling and activation.
β’ Plan events and identify additional marketing strategies for execution.
β’ Promote events and offers in advance.
β’ Ensure effective communication between clients and prospects, as well as with internal client teams.
β’ Handle administrative responsibilities which include, but are not limited to, event recaps, financial management, and product inventory.
β’ Ideal candidates should have prior sales experience in related fields such as real estate, outside sales, business-to-business, retail, or telecommunications.
β’ Demonstrate a strong work ethic.
β’ Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
β’ Must have a reliable means of transportation (commuting and some travel are necessary).
β’ Availability for full-time work (may include some evenings and weekends).
β’ Bilingual capabilities are an advantage.
β’ High school diploma or a general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
β’ Proficient in the use of a Personal Computer, with familiarity in Word, Excel, and Outlook; daily access to the internet with the ability to meet system requirements, including printer and phone.
β’ English is the primary language requirement; however, bilingual skills may be necessary depending on business needs.
