This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will oversee and cultivate your accounts in accordance with the company's established goals while implementing regional sales-enhancing strategies.
• You will seek out new customers, focusing on profitability and continuously identifying market opportunities.
• You will offer expert guidance on point-of-sale materials, ensuring compliance with the Quality Group's economic standards and consistently monitoring market dynamics and competitors.
• You possess experience in field sales, sales, or the food retail industry.
• Ideally, you hold a commercial (business) qualification.
• You have strong communication skills, are confident in negotiations, and enjoy building a network.
• You are enthusiastic about working with KPIs, passionate about selling, and excited about our products.
• You are adept at using digital media and enjoy contributing innovative ideas.
• You have a driving license (Class B), are open to travel, and have flexibility regarding your residence.
