
Field Sales Representative – Eastern Germany

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Provide personal and professional consulting to customers in the industrial packaging sales sector and assist with the service area for industrial packaging returns (recycling).
• Identify potential customers and forge new business relationships within the designated postal-code area, along with sourcing new suppliers for used packaging (IBCs, drums, canisters).
• Facilitate technical consultation meetings and showcase products and services to clients.
• Oversee the management and resolution of customer complaints.
• Assist with customer-specific administrative tasks.
• Contribute to the forecasting of sales figures for the assigned postal-code region.
• Work collaboratively with inside sales, field colleagues, other departments, and sales management.
• Generate statistics and analyses for sales management.
• Completed commercial vocational training, a business degree, or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally possess sales experience in an industrial setting.
• Have a technical understanding of products that require detailed explanation.
• Demonstrate resilience, strong communication skills, reliability, self-motivation, and initiative.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of MS Office and SAP / CRM / BW is desirable.
