Field Sales Representative, Concept Consultant – Retail Fit-Out

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Operate autonomously and take charge of your sales territory.

• Monitor the needs and demands of your current clients.

• Discover and establish new strategies for client acquisition within your territory.

• Collaborate with architects and planners to create innovative retail fit-out concepts.

• Stay updated on new construction/renovation projects and site development.

• Possess a strong sales instinct and a proven history of success — preferably in technical and/or high-value capital goods, shopfitting/retail fit-out, woodworking, interior fittings, or a related field.

• Your professional demeanor, along with the ability to negotiate with decision-makers on an equal footing, contributes to your success in field sales.

• Demonstrate strong implementation skills and a preference for a hands-on industry.

• Be a collaborative team player and an effective communicator who values teamwork with your specialist team and enjoys shared accomplishments.
