This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Development of the market within a specified territory
β’ Support for field sales initiatives
β’ Management of ongoing projects and existing client relationships
β’ Proactive recruitment of new distributors and professional installers

β’ Evaluation of market trends and sales performance
β’ Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational qualification
β’ Background from a University of Applied Sciences (Fachhochschule) is advantageous
β’ Proven sales experience
β’ Familiarity with and connections in the heating and plumbing sector
β’ Expertise in HVAC and a technical orientation are essential
β’ Proficient communication skills in both German and English; knowledge of an additional language is beneficial
