Field Sales Representative – Cleaning & Disinfection Product Sales, Food Industry (Focus: Brewery, Beverage, Dairy, Processed Food)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Acquisition of new clients and development of new business opportunities

• Reduction of customer attrition

• Enhancement of customer profitability

• Implementation of price increases

• Customer retention through superior system concepts

• Negotiation and management of service agreements

• Meeting established performance targets

• Training and mentoring of customer staff

• Execution of service responsibilities

• Cross-selling and assisting in the promotion of additional products and systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Vocational background in the brewing, beverage, food, or dairy sectors (additional qualifications as an engineer/technician/master craftsman are advantageous)

• Chemical and technical expertise along with a strong understanding of hygiene

• Preferably sales experience, or a keen interest in moving into sales

• Familiarity with the food industry

• Outgoing personality and a confident presence with customers

• Excellent interpersonal skills and dedication

• Dependability and ability to work independently
