This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ You oversee and cultivate customer relationships in alignment with the company's established goals and execute regional sales initiatives.
β’ You seek out new customers with a focus on profitability while consistently identifying market opportunities.
β’ You offer expert guidance on sales promotion materials in accordance with the Quality Group's commercial standards, while actively observing market trends and competitor activities.
β’ You possess experience in field sales, sales management, or the grocery/food retail sector.
β’ Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have an equivalent qualification in business.
β’ You are an effective communicator, confident in your negotiation skills, and enjoy networking.
β’ You thrive on working with metrics, have a passion for sales, and are enthusiastic about our products.
β’ You are proficient with digital media and enjoy contributing innovative ideas.
β’ You hold a valid driver's license (Class B), are open to travel, and can adapt your place of residence as needed.
