This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You are responsible for managing and developing your customer base in alignment with the company's strategic objectives while executing regional sales promotional initiatives.
• You focus on acquiring new customers with an emphasis on profitability, actively identifying market opportunities.
• You offer expert guidance on sales promotion materials in accordance with The Quality Group's financial policies, while persistently observing market trends and competitor activities.
• You possess experience in field sales, sales, or grocery retail sectors.
• Ideally, you have completed commercial vocational training (such as a commercial apprenticeship).
• You are an effective communicator, confident negotiator, and enjoy building networks.
• You appreciate working with metrics, have a passion for sales, and are enthusiastic about our products.
• You are adept at using digital media and are open to contributing innovative ideas.
• You hold a valid driver's license (Class B), are willing to travel, and are flexible regarding your residence location.
