This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You are responsible for managing and developing your customer base in alignment with the company's established objectives while executing regional sales promotion initiatives.
• You will pursue new customer acquisition with a focus on profitability, consistently identifying potential opportunities in the market.
• You will offer expert guidance on sales promotion materials in accordance with the Quality Group’s economic standards, while continuously monitoring market dynamics and competitive activities.
• You possess experience in field sales, sales management, or the food retail industry.
• Ideally, you have completed vocational training related to commerce or business.
• You are an effective communicator, skilled in negotiation, and enjoy building a network of contacts.
• You take pleasure in working with key performance indicators (KPIs), have a passion for sales, and are enthusiastic about our product offerings.
• You are adept with digital tools and enjoy bringing fresh ideas to the table.
• You hold a valid driver’s license (Class B), are open to travel, and are flexible with your residential location.
