This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Perform daily face-to-face outreach to high-risk, hard-to-reach patients by making unannounced visits to their homes and educating them about the Monogram Health program.
• Proactively arrange and carry out a minimum of 15 home visits each day.
• Navigate a specified territory daily to engage both new and existing members.
• Achieve or surpass sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure a high completion rate of scheduled visits.
• Work in conjunction with internal sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies.
• Keep accurate records within CRM systems.
• Previous experience as a Field Sales Representative, SDR, BDR, Account Executive, or a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Comfortable with outdoor, door-to-door, or on-site outreach activities.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle for daily travel, with a willingness to travel extensively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• High degree of self-motivation and independence.
• Results-oriented, possessing a strong hunter mentality.
• Capable of adapting to various customer types and field situations.
• Tech-savvy enough to handle CRM updates, email follow-ups, and basic reporting tasks.
