β’ Perform daily outreach in person to high-risk, hard-to-reach patients by visiting their homes unexpectedly and educating them about the Monogram Health program face-to-face.
β’ Proactively arrange and conduct a minimum of 15 home visits each day.
β’ Navigate a specified territory daily to connect with both new and existing members.
β’ Achieve or surpass sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
β’ Ensure a high completion rate of scheduled visits.
β’ Work collaboratively with internal sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies.
β’ Keep precise records in CRM systems.
β’ Prior experience as a Field Sales Representative, Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, Account Executive, or a related role is advantageous but not mandatory.
β’ Comfortable with outdoor, door-to-door, or on-location outreach efforts.
β’ Must possess a valid driverβs license and have access to a reliable vehicle for extensive daily travel.
β’ Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
β’ High degree of self-motivation and independence.
β’ Results-oriented, exhibiting a hunter mentality.
β’ Capability to adapt to various customer types and field situations.
β’ Tech-savvy enough to handle CRM updates, email follow-ups, and basic reporting tasks.
