This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Perform daily outreach to high-risk, hard-to-reach patients by visiting their residences unannounced and providing in-person education about the Monogram Health program.
• Proactively arrange and conduct a minimum of 15 home visits each day.
• Travel throughout a designated territory daily to engage with both new and existing members.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure a high completion rate for scheduled visits.
• Work collaboratively with internal sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies.
• Keep precise records in CRM systems.
• Prior experience as a Field Sales Representative, Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), Account Executive, or a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Comfortable with outdoor, door-to-door, or on-site outreach activities.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle for daily travel, with a willingness to travel extensively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• High degree of self-motivation and independence.
• Results-oriented, exhibiting a hunter mentality.
• Ability to adjust to various customer types and field situations.
• Adept with technology to manage CRM updates, email follow-ups, and basic reporting tasks.
