This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Perform daily in-person outreach to high-risk, difficult-to-reach patients by visiting their residences unexpectedly and providing in-person education about the Monogram Health program.
• Proactively arranges and conducts a minimum of 15 home visits each day.
• Travel within a designated territory daily to connect with new and existing members.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure a high completion rate of scheduled visits.
• Partner with internal sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies.
• Keep precise records in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Previous experience as a Field Sales Representative, Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), Account Executive, or a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Comfortable with outdoor, door-to-door, or on-site outreach.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle for extensive daily travel, with a willingness to travel frequently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Results-oriented, with a proactive, hunter mentality.
• Capability to adapt to various customer types and field situations.
• Sufficiently tech-savvy to manage CRM updates, email follow-ups, and basic reporting tasks.
