
Field Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Perform daily in-person outreach to high-risk, difficult-to-reach patients by unexpectedly visiting their homes and educating them about the Monogram Health program.
• Actively arrange and conduct a minimum of 15 home visits each day.
• Navigate a designated area daily to engage both new and existing members.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure a high completion rate for scheduled visits.
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies.
• Keep precise records in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Prior experience as a Field Sales Representative, Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), Account Executive, or similar roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Comfortable with outdoor, door-to-door, or on-site outreach methods.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a dependable vehicle for daily travel, along with a willingness to travel extensively.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• High degree of self-motivation and independence.
• Results-oriented, with a proactive, hunter mentality.
• Ability to adjust to various customer types and field situations.
• Technologically adept enough to manage CRM updates, email follow-ups, and basic reporting tasks.
