This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Engage in daily face-to-face outreach to high-risk, hard-to-reach patients by visiting their residences unexpectedly and providing in-person education about the Monogram Health program.
• Proactively arrange and complete a minimum of 15 home visits each day.
• Navigate a designated territory each day to connect with both new and existing members.
• Achieve or surpass sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure a high rate of completion for scheduled visits.
• Work collaboratively with internal sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies.
• Keep precise records in CRM systems.
• Previous experience as a Field Sales Representative, Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), Account Executive, or a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Comfortable with outdoor, door-to-door, or on-site outreach activities.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle for daily travel, along with a willingness to travel extensively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• High degree of self-motivation and independence.
• Results-oriented, with a proactive, 'hunter' mentality.
• Capability to adapt to various customer types and field circumstances.
• Tech-savvy enough to handle CRM updates, email follow-ups, and basic reporting tasks.
