This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Accountable for optimizing sales of Kellogg Brands and achieving qualitative targets at their points of sale.
• Tasked with establishing their points of sale panel and ensuring effective coverage through a weekly visit schedule.
• Conducts periodic analyses, sharing insights and opinions with their manager to outline short- and medium-term strategies.
• Observes market trends and competitor developments within their territory.
• Consistently provides reports and recommendations regarding interventions.
• Works collaboratively with RAM/NAM to manage the assigned banner responsibilities, offering recommendations and forecasts through coordination with other FSRs.
• Advocates for the Kellogg brand in the marketplace and offers valuable suggestions to anticipate shifts in the market and trade.
• Proficiency in both Italian and English is essential.
• A university degree is required, preferably in economics or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of the products is necessary.
• Familiarity with sales tools is expected.
• Strong understanding of categories, brand strategies, and consumer and shopper behavior is important.
