• Implement approved sales strategies to meet or surpass the budget for GC products.
• Sustain relationships with existing customers and cultivate new ones while boosting sales within the designated zip code territory.
• Maintain regular communication with assigned dealer partners to ensure merchandising and promotional assistance.
• Proactively carry out sales initiatives to meet product sales targets.
• Create quarterly activity plans for the district that include weekly actions aligning with corporate goals.
• Promote GC products to major accounts, nurturing current accounts and exploring new business opportunities.
• Ensure a comprehensive understanding of customers' policies and practices regarding the purchase and promotion of dental products.
• Stay informed about competitor offerings and activities to safeguard and enhance GC's market presence.
• Travel is a requirement for this position.
• Maintain and update databases and/or schedules for CRM, Group Practice, School, Government, and KOL.
• Assess sales by zip/postal code utilizing monthly sales reports to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Support dealers in planning and executing advertising and merchandising initiatives.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• 1-3 years of sales experience is required.
• Large geographic sales territories may necessitate overnight stays.
• The role involves spending time in dental office/laboratory locations as well as dealer partner offices.
• A valid driver’s license is essential.
• Strong customer service skills to listen to customer concerns and address their needs effectively.
• Interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of individuals daily, fostering relationships and networking.
• Confidence and self-assurance are critical for successful cold-calling and sales engagements.
• Exceptional communication abilities, particularly in persuasion, to effectively articulate product benefits to potential customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook email is necessary.
